NORFOLK - It looked like Norfolk was about to take control of the game.

The Panthers took a 38-35 lead on Kearney late in the third quarter, after trailing by as much as ten.

But the Bearcats scored ten straight from that point, and denied Norfolk time and time again at the rim in the fourth quarter, pulling away for a 57-46 win.

Kearney exploited their size advantage to a 26-15 rebounding edge, and their perimeter defense held Norfolk in check, in particular, senior Cameron Eisenhauer, who was held to a season-low 4 points.

The Bearcats won despite missing their first 10 three-pointers and finishing just 3-of-17 from beyond the arc.
