NORFOLK, Neb. -- With an estimated three inches of snow blanketing the area throughout the day, travelers should brace for slippery and icy conditions.

Two vehicles veered off the road, with one crashing through a fence at ABC Storage across from the Progressive Nutrition plant in Norfolk.

Following the accident, law enforcement sent out an alert to area phones notifying the public to stay away from the area.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Office reported that all involved were okay and had no visible injuries.

They urge those planning to travel to slow down and take their time.
