Suspect detained in connection to attempted Omaha bank robbery

OMAHA, Neb. -- A suspect is in custody after an attempted bank robbery in Omaha Friday afternoon.

38-year-old Jonathon Krula was detained on charges of attempted robbery.

Earlier in the day, witnesses reported seeing a suspect go into Pinnacle Bank near S. 108th and Q Streets.

The suspect reportedly passed a note to a teller before leaving without money in a silver Buick Lacrosse.

Krula was arrested without incident.
