NORFOLK, Neb. -- From the studios that brought you "Mirror of Lies" comes a new adventure.

Norfolk's Fatt Sunnie Studios is proud to announce their new film "My Journey", and they're inviting the community to be a part of it.

"My Journey" tells the story of a young singer with a speech impediment who is trying to get to the next level in his musical career.

Ben Viergutz, the owner of Fat Sunnie Studios, wants the film to bring together the community.

"Originally, we set out for this to be a community film event. That narrows down what types of film, what genre of film we can do and so we wanted to tell an inspirational story," Viertgutz explained. "Something that, when the audience watches this film, they can relate a little bit to it."

The studio is searching for 30 actors and crew members for the film.

Actors don't need prior experience and roles include leads and extras.

If you're interested in auditioning but are unsure of what part, Viergutz has some advice for you.

"If you don't know what part you want to audition for, you're kind of uncertain, but you're interested, feel free to come anyways without visiting that website," Viergutz said. "We can inform you while you're there and get you comfortable and see if this event would be a good suit for you."

Auditions will be taking place March 10, 11 and 12 from 6 pm to 10 pm at the Cox Activity Center at Northeast Community College.

Participants are asked to enter through door one and to go to room 176.

A full list of acting and crew member positions are available here.
