NORFOLK, Neb. -- A Madison man is in jail after authorities say he crashed into a home while driving drunk.

29-year-old Treyvon Jennings was arrested early Saturday morning.

Norfolk Police Capt. Michael Bauer says Jennings was behind the wheel of a vehicle that crashed into the front porch of a home in the 200 block of 13th Street.

NPD said Jennings failed a field sobriety test, then refused to take a chemical breath test.

Bauer said Jennings was also disruptive at the Norfolk Police Division headquarters, breaking the mount they use to take mugshots.

Jennings was initially arrested for a third offense of driving under the influence. He now also faces charges of criminal mischief and failure to submit to a chemical test.

He was housed in the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to the Madison County Jail
