NORFOLK, Neb.-- The Divots Brewery located in Norfolk officially opened its new taproom to the public on Thursday.

The Brewery has been in the works for the last three years, but suffered a setback because of the pandemic.

Now, the brewery is ready to make a name for itself in the community, with all of the different and unique beers it produces.

The brewmaster for Divots Brewery, Jeremy Kirby, said he's ready for the public to come and see what it has to offer.

"If they come, we got beer," Kirby said. "I wish the weather was a little nicer. We have a nice patio, but that'll be a little later this summer, " he added.

He also talked about all the different in-house beers the brewery currently has on tap, and some plans for the future as well.

"Right now, we got 21 of our own beers on tap with the 24 taps here," he said. "Some of those will drop off this weekend because we're running pretty low and we'll try to refill them as much as we can. We hope to make a batch of beer for every style of beer in the world. That's one of our goals this year," added Kirby.
