NORFOLK, Neb. -- A new fun and interactive theatre production is coming to the campus of Northeast Community College.

The Cox Activity Center will be hosting multiple showings of the independent production, "Mr. Tom's Moombah," this Saturday and Sunday.

The vaudeville show is geared toward children but is a great time for the whole family, show participants said.

Children will have the opportunity to come up on stage and participate in games as well as singing and dancing.

Tom Wilson, who plays Mr. Tom, says the show is a great way for kids to learn more about the theatre.

"Moombah is an aboriginal word meaning "Let's get together and have fun" and that's basically what we're doing. We're getting together, having a good time, and providing entertainment for kids. It also introduces in a way that they can sort of foster their love for theatre that we all have," Wilson said.

There will be two shows on Saturday, May 14th at 10 AM and 1 PM and one show on Sunday at 1 PM.

The show is an hour-long.

Tickets are five dollars and will be available at the door.
