Hip-hop artist joins 'Stanton' movie
STANTON -- This week, a hip hop artist from Texas flew in to northeast Nebraska, to film scenes for the movie 'Stanton'.
Wande Dees told NCN her character, Seranna, is a closed-off character -- whereas she is much more of a bubbly person. Also, though Wande is known for having long nails, the rapper had to trim them down to play a realistic guitar player.
Meanwhile, Bob Pratt -- who plays the protagonist, Wallace -- joked that his biggest challenge was to grow a beard.
Wande will fly back to Texas this week.
