Norfolk man arrested for domestic assault, other charges
NORFOLK, Neb. -- Norfolk Police Division said they responded to a disturbance call Monday morning.
Officials said that upon arrival to a residence in the 100 block of North Pine, officers had contact with a distraught adult female.
Authorities said they observed that the victim was wearing a ripped shirt and a red mark on her neck with some redness on her face.
According to NPD, the victim said she had been threatened, assaulted, and strangled by 35-year-old Nabrasnik Williams.
Officials said that a juvenile witness was interviewed and had a similar account of the incident, there were also two other juveniles present during the assault.
NPD said that Williams was found at another residence and arrested for terroristic threats, domestic assault with priors, assault by strangulation, and three counts of child abuse.
He was housed in the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to the Madison County Jail.
