Kids Summer Series returns to Norfolk 7 Theatre
Every Wednesday at 10 a.m. the theatre opens its doors to children and their parents to enjoy a family-friendly film.<br/><br/>
By News Channel NebraskaNORFOLK, Neb. -- A northeast Nebraska movie theatre is holding an exclusive, weekly family event.
The Norfolk 7 Theatre has brought back its annual Kids Summer Series.
The series began on June 15th and will run for another five weeks.
The theatre has been holding the summer series for over 10 years.
Every Wednesday at 10 a.m. the theatre opens its doors to children and their parents to enjoy a family-friendly film.
Norfolk 7 Theatre General Manager Darrin Paul said the event is a great way to bring the family closer together.
"It gives people an opportunity to do something with their kids," he said. "There's nothing better than coming to a movie theatre and seeing one of your favorites on the big screen. You get the best of a lot of worlds here."
The tickets are $2 per person.
This week the theatre will be showing the animated movie "Spirit Untamed."
