NORFOLK, Neb. -- After the passing of Jim Casey, his son, Matt Casey has taken over organizing Nebraska Rocks.

This years Nebraska Rocks was coined the "end of an era" a celebration for its late founder, Jim Casey.

The live event was held at the Divot's Ballroom and Conference Center in Norfolk, and featured two Nebraska Music Hall of Fame inductees. 

Many traveled to Norfolk this weekend to listen to live music from the new inductee, Mr. Hand, while also celebrating fellow inductee David Carstens. 

Nebraska Rocks 2022 "a celebration of Midwest music" featured The Strollers, The Smoke Ring, Stone House, and The Nebraska Rocks All-Stars. 

Among the festivities, Randolph Nebraska-native, David Carstens was inducted into the Nebraska Music Hall of Fame for his concert photography as he has traveled to different stages around the nation.
