TILDEN, Neb. -- Tilden is celebrating Prairie Days this weekend.

Saturday's events included a parade of community businesses, teams, and families. One of the more wild float entries included a car with an actual live bull in the passenger's seat, titled 'boy and his dog.'

Another entry was a veteran from World War II. As he drove by, the whole town clapped and cheered patriotically.

Some floats went all out with their decorations, including the swimming pool. One man even brought his horse, pulling an old-fashioned buggy.

More events Saturday will include a cake walk, music in the park, and a fireworks show.

The celebrations continue Sunday with a triathlon, kids games, and more. You can find a link to the itinerary here.
