STANTON, Neb. -- A 30-year-old woman from Stanton was sentenced on Friday to six months in jail for a drug-related charge.

Officials said 30-year-old Darion Hansen received six months of county jail time for an attempted possession of methamphetamine charge. Hansen was also given a fine of $100 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers said Hansen was arrested at the beginning of summer after the Stanton County Sheriff's Office used a search warrant at a Stanton residence. Officers also arrested 29-year-old Dylan Bolte, of Norfolk, and he was sentenced to 24 months of intensive supervised probation due to his conviction of attempted possession of methamphetamine.

According to authorities, four other people were arrested at that time and they have already been sentenced to jail and prison or they are still waiting for their sentencing.
