Sedan a total loss after two-vehicle accident on Benjamin Avenue in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Neb. -- Authorities were called to a two-vehicle accident in northeast Nebraska Thursday night.
The accident happened along Benjamin Ave. in Norfolk at 6:21 p.m.
A sedan traveling southbound turned left into a traveling northbound pickup at the intersection between Benjamin Ave. and 13th street.
The sedan was a total loss and the pickup truck sustained $4,000 in damages.
The driver of the sedan was ticked for operating with no license and failure to yield right of way.
Both drivers received minor injuries but were not taken to the hospital.
The scene was cleared around 7 p.m.
The Norfolk Police Division and Norfolk Fire and Rescue responded to the accident.
