LINCOLN, Neb - "The Japanese Steph Curry" has found his spot on Fred Hoiberg's Nebraska basketball team. This season, Keisei Tominaga is averaging over 23 minutes, and 12 points per game.

His recent play attracted attention from his longtime childhood idol, the original Steph Curry. On Thursday afternoon, the three-time NBA champion responded to the Big Ten network's post of Tominaga’s journey to the floor from his native home of Japan.

The Huskers, who have won three of their last four games, next take the floor against Maryland on Sunday at 4:00 p.m.
