NELIGH, Neb. -- Northeast Nebraska is starting to see some snow in the area.

In Neligh, one of our reporters reported that current conditions are too bad. There is obvious wind and gold weather, but roads still appear to be okay.

There are several counties that are in a wind chill warning, many of which already have other winter weather warnings.

The Nebraska Department of Transportation says that roadways in the northern and western parts of the state are partially covered in snow.

NDOT is advising travels to only drive as needed, they say to also have a winter weather kit ready if drivers plan to go out in these conditions.
