LINCOLN, Neb. -- All U.S. and Nebraska flags will be flown at half-staff for a memorial day on Monday.

On Sunday, Governor Jim Pillen announced, in accordance with a request from the White House, that all U.S. and Nebraska flags are to be flown at half-staff on May 15 in honor of Peace Officers Memorial Day.

Flags are to be flown at half-staff from dawn until sunset on Monday, May 15.
