NORFOLK, Neb. -- Authorities responded to a report of a three-vehicle accident around 5 p.m. Thursday in Norfolk.

Norfolk Police responded to the 900th block of Madison Ave. with assistance from Norfolk Fire and Rescue and the Nebraska State Patrol.

According to police, the accident involved missing Norfolk teens, the possibility of a stolen vehicle, and a handgun.

Upon arrival, rescue measures were taken to remove trapped occupants.

There were reported injuries, but their extent is unknown at this time.

Deaths are unknown at this time.
