Norfolk Public Schools shortens spring break

NORFOLK, Neb. -- Students at Norfolk Public Schools won't be seeing as long of a spring break as previously later this month.

Norfolk Public Schools announced on its website that students will be in school on March 27, rather than on Spring Break as originally planned.

The district said because it had exceeded its amount of snow days by two before March 1, it would need to shorten its spring break.

NPS will instead have its Spring Break from March 28 to April 1.

School will then resume for the panthers on April 2.
