NORFOLK, Neb. -- Norfolk Police have identified the man killed in a single-vehicle accident on Sunday.

In a press release shared Monday, the Norfolk Police Division (NPD) identified the man as 53-year-old Clayton Wuestwald.

According to the press release, Wuestwald was driving on S Fifth St. when he lost control of the vehicle, overcorrected, and went off the roadway.

The vehicle then reportedly overturned and ejected Wuestwald.

Police stated restraints were not in use during the time of the accident.

Both the Norfolk Police Division and Norfolk Fire and Rescue responded to the crash.
