NORFOLK, Neb. -- The city of Norfolk has shared an update on one of its roads Friday.

South 1st St., which has been undergoing a sanitary sewer installation, has been completed.

The installation caused detours and reroutes for traffic as it was being installed.

With the work now completed, the city said it will reopen to all traffic starting at 10:30 a.m. Friday morning.

The city thanked residents for their patience and said if they had questions to contact their engineering division.
