MADISON, Neb. -- Former North Fork Area Transit manager Jeffrey Stewart, 33, pleaded no contest in Madison County District Court on Monday. 

Stewart originally faced two separate charges:

1) Theft by unlawful taking $5000/+  (Class 2A Felony)

2) Unauthorized use of a financial transaction device $5000/+ (Class 2A Felony)

Stewart, after taking the plea deal, was found guilty of two charges. One of which remained the same. 

1) Unauthorized use of a financial transaction device $5000/+ (Class 2A Felony)

2) Obstruction of Government Operations (Class 1 Misdemeanor) 

The court found Stewart guilty beyond reasonable doubt. His sentencing was scheduled for Sept. 12 at 10:15 a.m.
