NORFOLK, Neb. -- A Wayne man is in custody after a traffic stop uncovered two glass pipes and methamphetamine.
Shortly after 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, a Norfolk Police officer performed a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Lucas A. Dean. A check of his license showed it was currently under suspension.
In a subsequent search, NPD says, officers located two glass pipes and a plastic baggie containing methamphetamine in the vehicle.
Dean was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and driving during suspension. He was housed in the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to the Madison County Jail.
