Walthill, church reach settlement over proposed new facility
A settlement was reached last week between the Village of Walthill and the Light of the World Gospel Ministries.

By News Channel NebraskaWALTHILL, Neb. -- A settlement was reached last week between the Village of Walthill and the Light of the World Gospel Ministries.
The church can build a facility on Main Street for worship, ministry and commercial business.
The Light of the World Gospel Ministries sued Walthill in 2018 for revoked or denied permits.
It's reported that the U.S. Department of Justice filed a separate lawsuit against the village in 2020.
