One person sentenced, two convicted in Stanton County District Court
A prison sentence and two guilty verdicts were given in Stanton County District Court on Monday.
STANTON, Neb. -- A prison sentence and two guilty verdicts were given in Stanton County District Court on Monday.
40-year-old Robynn Hebda of Omaha was sentenced to 9-12 years in prison following her conviction for possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.
Hebda was originally arrested last October by the Stanton County Sheriff's Office on Highway 275, east of Norfolk. She was arrested with a co-defendant, Tausha Whitman, who is serving more than 10 years in prison following her conviction. Nearly a pound of methamphetamine and a stolen firearm were recovered during the arrest.
In other cases, 41-year-old Joshua Graf of Stanton was found guilty after of felony charges after entering no-contest pleas to counts of terroristic threats and third-degree domestic assault. He was arrested last year by the sheriff's office following a disturbance in Stanton in which a woman was injured. Graf will be sentenced in July.
Also found guilty on Monday was 29-year-old Rigoberto Gonzalez of Norfolk. Gonzalez pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, refusal of a chemical test (DWI) and speeding. He was arrested earlier this year following a stop for speeding on Highway 275. He remains in custody and will be sentenced in July.
