Norfolk man receives misdemeanors after yelling about people being naked

NORFOLK, Neb. -- Authorities said they arrested a 63-year-old Norfolk man for disturbing the peace after he was reportedly yelling about people being naked.
The Norfolk Police Division said around 12:28 a.m. on Sunday, they were called to the 300 block of N Ninth St. for a disturbance report.
According to NPD, the person who reported the incident told police that their neighbor was screaming loudly at the tenants of another residence on Prospect Ave.
He was reportedly yelling about people being naked.
NPD said officers had contact with the 63-year Norfolk who was outside yelling and disturbing the neighbors.
Officers said they issued him a citation for the disturbance, but he wouldn't sign the citation and retreated back inside his home.
According to NPD, officers left the area but returned about 10 minutes later when the man was outside and yelling again.
Once again, officer spoke with the man, and at this time they arrested him for disturbing the peace and second-degree trespassing.
He was housed in the Norfolk City Jail and was later transferred to the Madison County Jail.
