Louisiana man arrested in Norfolk for third-offense DUI
On Sunday afternoon, Norfolk officials said they pulled Louisiana man over for running a red light, and arrested him for a third-offense DUI.

NORFOLK, Neb. -- On Sunday afternoon, Norfolk officials said they pulled Louisiana man over for running a red light, and arrested him for a third-offense DUI.
The Norfolk Police Division identified the Louisiana man as 55-year-old Kelvin Teal.
According to the officer, when they were speaking with Teal, they could smell alcohol coming from him.
Police said that Teal was asked to perform field sobriety maneuvers, and the results indicated impairment.
Teal was arrested for an enhanced third-offense DUI.
He was housed in the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to the Madison County Jail.
