WAYNE, Neb. -- The Wayne County Sheriff's Office has released the identity of the pilot who died in the plane crash near Wayne, Monday. 

The Sheriff's Office identified the pilot has 79-year-old Charles Joseph Fink of Elk River, Minnesota. 

The FAA and NTSB continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
