NORFOLK, Neb. -- Law enforcement in northeast Nebraska detains and cites several at an underage drinking party. 

The Madison County Sheriff's Office said that around 12 a.m. they responded to a noise complaint in Norfolk for a loud party. 

When the Sheriff's Office arrived, they determined it was an underage drinking party. Several of the party goers ran from the house and were later detained. 

Law enforcement said that they used a thermal drone to help find the individuals who were hiding in the area. 

MCSO said that while they were there, two separate teen girls were taken to a local ER for extreme intoxication. 

Several individuals were detained and 17 citations were given for minor in possession of alcohol. 

Madison County Sheriff's Office said they were helped by the Stanton County Sheriff's Office and Norfolk Fire and Rescue.
