Highway 81 traffic switch upcoming

NORFOLK, Neb.- Traffic from Pasewalk Ave to South Airport road will be switched the week of August 18. 

Weather permitting the lanes will be switched to utilized the outside lanes of the viaduct and the inside lanes on the Elkhorn River Bridge .

The lanes on the viaduct will be limited to a 10-foot lane width.

Nebraska DOT said in a news release that drivers should use caution in work zones, use seatbelts, and do not use their phones while driving.
