Driver arrested for reportedly driving 120 mph, testing 3x legal BAC limit

An arrest was made near Madison Sunday night after a driver was reportedly driving over 120 mph and operating at over three times the legal blood-alcohol limit.

MADISON, Neb. -- An arrest was made near Madison Sunday night after a driver was reportedly driving over 120 mph and operating at over three times the legal blood-alcohol limit.

The Nebraska State Patrol says troopers, along with help from the Madison County Sheriff's Office, pulled the driver over near Madison on Highway 81.

NSP says the driver then blew .252 on the ensuing breathalyzer test, well past the legal BAC limit of .08.
