NORFOLK, Neb. -- An annual northeast Nebraska tradition was back for its 63rd year on Saturday.
The Norfolk Lions Club hosted their pancake feed fundraiser at Chuck M. Pohlman Ag complex throughout most of the day.
The immediate past president of the Norfolk Lions Club Leon Sweigard said the event was a huge success.
The event served more than 3,200 people to raise money to allow the club to continue as well as bring people in the community together.
He added it's the people around the area that continue to make the event possible each year.
"The community support and our members and the businesses in Norfolk make this happen," Sweigard said.
The event featured entertainment for those dining in, and also had a drive-thru available.
