The new findings show drought levels have dropped in the central region of the state, but have increased in the southeast.
Almost 99% of the state remains in a drought.
Most of the state is facing an extreme or exceptional drought, the highest level on the monitor.
The dryness is already affecting farmers, some natural resource districts have implemented water allocations to ensure water usage for the future.
