NORFOLK, Neb. -- Residents of Norfolk saw new signs put up Wednesday showcasing a soon-to-come café.

Starbucks put up signs on its newest shop.

The project has been in the works since at least April 2022, when the old Applebees restaurant was closed down and demolished.

The signs also confirm rumors Starbucks was building a location in Norfolk.

A completion date for the building's construction is not known at this time, nor is a start of service date.
