NORFOLK, Neb. -- Norfolk has cancelled a snow emergency that entered its fourth day.

The city originally declared the emergency on Sunday, Jan. 7, before Monday's snowfall.

It was called off Wednesday morning, effective immediately, with the city thanking residents for their cooperation and to move cars to the other side of the street once the other had been plowed.

While the emergency was lifted, Norfolk may still see some trouble with the weather.

A chance of snow has been forecast for Wednesday afternoon, and temperatures could reach below zero degrees later this week.
