NORFOLK, Neb. -- A Norfolk man is in jail facing charges after authorities say they brandished a gun at a business overnight.

Police said they were called to an establishment on Norfolk's south side just after midnight.

They'd received a report that a firearm was brandished during an altercation outside of the business.

Police later caught up with 22-year-old Gabryel Dahlkoetter, who officers said smelled like alcohol.

Dahlkoetter failed a field sobriety test as officers recovered a Glock 9mm handgun from his vehicle.

Dahlkoetter was arrested and faces charges for enhanced driving under the influence of alcohol second offense, carrying a concealed weapon where prohibited, carrying a concealed weapon while under the influence, and carrying a concealed handgun without disclosure to law enforcement.
