NORFOLK, Neb. -- A Grand Jury has indicted a Norfolk man on eight separate charges related to child pornography on Monday.

Noah Hale, 20, faces multiple charges related to incidents between September 2022 and February 2024. Hale is accused of sexually exploiting six minors.

Counts 1 through 4 charge Hale with the production of child pornography, each involving a different victim. Hale faces 15 to 30 years in prison on each of these charges, as well as a $250,000 fine.

Counts 5 and 6 charge Hale with attempted production of child pornography. Both counts are punishable similar to 1 - 4.

Count 7 and 8 involve the receipt and possession of child pornography. These charges carry a maximum of 20 years each with a $250,000 fine.

A Grand Jury found probable cause for the indictments, although that does not mean Hale was found guilty. The investigation is ongoing.
