Norfolk Family YMCA promotes COO Justin Moore to CEO
NORFOLK, Neb. -- After four decades of dedicated service, Randy Hagerdorn has passed the torch at the Norfolk Family YMCA to a new generation.
On Wednesday, Jan. 1, Justin Moore, formerly the COO, was promoted to CEO, ushering in a new era of leadership. Moore expressed his enthusiasm for the role and hinted at exciting improvements on the horizon for 2025.
"I think the coolest thing to recognize on this is helping steer the ship of where we want to be in five years," Moore said. "Who do we want to be. How do we impact the community. I'm really excited for the things that we have coming up this year. But also, what's our vision moving forward'"
"Some of the things that we are doing that we've released to our members where we're actually updating parts of our facility," Moore said. "Our pool deck is actually going to be stripped down and recoated, so it's going to look brand new again. One of the other things that we are unveiling in the fall is hydro massage and cryotherapy."
