LINCOLN - The buzzer-beater bit back.

Twenty-four hours after a three-quarter-court heave went viral nationally and sent Norris to the Class B semifinals, it was their turn to feel the other end of the last-second heartbreak.

A put-back by 6'9" junior George Ziebell with less than a second to go gave Omaha Skutt Catholic a 51-49 win over the top-seeded Titans.

The bucket was the culmination of a back-and-forth instant classic, that featured eight ties and 12 lead changes.

Norris may have ultimately been undone at the foul line, where they shot just 5-of-12, compared to a 9-of-12 showing from Skutt.

The Skyhawks are will now look for the three-peat in Class B. Saturday will be their fourth straight title game appearance, and fifth in the last six years.
