Madison County pursuit and DUI arrest

MADISON COUNTY, Neb. -- A man is facing charges after a pursuit with authorities in northeast Nebraska. 

The Madison County Sheriff's Office says Tuesday night they got a report of a reckless driver entering the Madison city limits. 

A Madison Police Officer found the car and tried to stop it on traffic violations. 

Authorities say the car then fled north on Highway 81.

The chase eventually ended near the Norfolk Regional Airport. 

Sixty-two-year-old, Alfred Martin was arrested for flight to avoid arrest, willful reckless driving, and driving under the influence.
