Holiday winter weather has arrived in Nebraska. Snow first landed in northwest Nebraska, dumping over four times the level of snow than was predicted in Chadron.

The storm is continuing to move toward central and southeastern Nebraska, the two areas most anticipated to have received large quantities of snow. Wind chill will remain a factor throughout the weekend as well, with wind chill warnings remaining in effect overnight for every region in Nebraska.
