NSP advises people to avoid Old Hadar road for Pierce family funeral

The Nebraska State Patrol and Norfolk Police Division are advising people to avoid Old Hadar Road during the funeral services on Monday.

PIERCE, Neb. -- The Nebraska State Patrol and Norfolk Police Division are advising people to avoid Old Hadar Road during the funeral services on Monday.

Funeral services will be for the three Pierce children who tragically passed away during a house fire last weekend, January 29. 

Visitation services will be Sunday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Northern Heights Baptist Church in Norfolk. 

The services for all three children will be at 10:30 a.m. on Monday at Northern Heights Baptist Church as well.

Rev. Matthew Gilmore will officiate the service. Burial will be in Prospect View Cemetery in rural Pierce. 

Memorials and donations may be made to the family at the Midwest Bank or Elkhorn Valley Bank in Pierce.
