Severe thunderstorm watch issued for several Nebraska counties

Spring showers may be coming to several parts of Nebraska Tuesday night, with severe thunderstorm watches issued in 37 different counties.

VALLEY, Neb. -- Spring showers may be coming to several parts of Nebraska Tuesday night.

A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued by the National Weather Service until 11 p.m. for 37 different counties across the state, including Antelope, Boone, Burt, Butler, Cass, Cedar, Colfax, Cuming, Dakota, Dixon, Dodge, Douglas, Gage, Garfield, Greeley, Johnson, Knox, Lancaster, Madison, Merrick, Nance, Nemaha, Otoe, Pawnee, Pierce, Platte, Polk, Richardson, Sarpy, Saunders, Seward, Stanton, Thurston, Valley, Washington, Wayne and Wheeler.
