Tribal, state authorities searching for missing teen

Authorities in northeast Nebraska are searching for a missing teenager.

SANTEE, Neb. -- Authorities in northeast Nebraska are searching for a missing teenager.

According to the Nebraska State Patrol's missing persons database, 19-year-old Ashleigh Wabasha of Santee was reported missing on March 27th.

The Santee Sioux Nation issued an alert on its Facebook page Monday seeking help in location Wabasha.

Wabasha is 5'4" tall and weights 120 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Santee law enforcement or the Knox County Sheriff's Office.
