Norfolk's Hometown Holidays Festival

Norfolk held its annual Hometown Holidays Festival Tuesday night.

NORFOLK, Neb. -- Norfolk held its annual Hometown Holidays Festival Tuesday night. 

All those who attended had a number of activities to attend from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Along with many holiday activities, Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus made a stop in town with a letters to Santa mailbox. 

Six blocks of Norfolk Ave. were closed off to traffic for the festivities at Downtown Norfolk River Point District.

To start off the events there was a live Nativity, a Santa Parade that included Disney favorites like Elsa and Anna, Santa and Mrs. Claus, the lighting of the town tree, a jazz ensemble, a Nutcracker performance, a drone show that could be seen from a great distance, hay-rack rides, soup, s'mores stations, and trolley rides.
