NORFOLK, Neb. -- While no areas of Nebraska are currently dealing with severe weather, the cold and windy conditions were creating difficult driving conditions for many drivers in the state.

Visibility was limited for some drivers in both the Panhandle and northeast Nebraska.

Temperatures are not expected to rise above freezing in most areas of the state, though the Panhandle could see temperatures hit 40 degrees by the end of the day.

Winds are expected to exceed 20 miles per hour in several ares of Nebraska throughout the day, and in the areas largely affected by recent snow, blowing snow is limiting visibility conditions.
