Newman Grove man facing felony child pornography charges

MADISON, Neb. – A northeast Nebraska man will be facing child pornography charges in Madison County Court on Tuesday.
Jason Schade, of Newman Grove, faces two felony charges.
According to Madison County Attorney Joe Smith, Schade is accused of creating explicit content involving children last year.
Smith filed the complaint on Feb. 1 in Madison County Court.
Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol say they initially received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
According to court records, NSP investigators reportedly searched an IPA affiliated with Schade. Investigators reportedly found a 20-second video of an adult man engaged in sex acts with two girls aged 6 to 8. Investigators also reportedly discovered a 14-second video of a man engaged in sex acts with a girl aged 4 to 6.
Investigators conducted a search of Schade’s Newman Grove home in August. During an interview with Schade, with investigators said was consensual, the 39-year-old Schade denied having any child pornography on any of his devices.
After Schade reportedly asked to end the interview, he left the property on an ATV as investigators were collecting evidence, according to court documents.
An arrest warrant was officially filed on Wednesday.
