NPD: Norfolk man arrested for third DUI

NORFOLK, Neb. -- A 36-year-old Norfolk man was arrested for a third-offense DUI after being pulled over for driving without headlights.
The Norfolk Police Division said that around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, an officer did a traffic stop on a vehicle that was driving without headlights on.
An officer reportedly spoke with the driver who was identified as 36-year-old Bradley Miller of Norfolk.
NPD said that a check on his license showed that it was currently revoked. Miller was then taken into custody for driving during revocation, police said.
Authorities said that once they were at the city jail, they asked Miller to perform filed sobriety maneuvers and submit to a preliminary breath test.
NPD said the maneuvers indicated impairment.
Miller was then arrested for enhanced third-offense driving under the influence of alcohol.
He was housed in the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to the Madison County Jail.
