The City of Norfolk has cancelled the snow emergency that was put into place Wednesday.

NORFOLK, Neb. -- The City of Norfolk has cancelled the snow emergency that was put into place Wednesday.

It was cancelled Thursday morning around 10:30 a.m. effective immediately.
