Norfolk firework stand permit application due soon

By News Channel NebraskaNORFOLK, Neb. -- The deadline for a firework stand permit is coming up in Norfolk.
The retail stand permit application deadline is June 8 and can be found online.
The City of Norfolk said a permit for firework displays has a 10 business day requirement for applying.
The application for a July 1 firework display format must be submitted by June 15. For displays on July 2, 3, 4, or 5, they must be submitted by June 16.
Permits for selling consumer fireworks or display of fireworks will also be issued by the Planning and Development Building Services Department.
